Business Tycoon Business Partners - Friendship - Cooperation Benefits Cheats

This little guide will clear things up a bit and make your industry more profitable!


1) First of all, you need to exchange Business Cards, like any professional would.

To do that, click on the nick of the person you want to cooperate with and choose the "Exchange Business Card" option on the right top side of their character screen.

There is one important thing to keep in mind here. While you of course can exchange cards with anyone you wish, you may only cooperate with people from a DIFFERENT Industry than yours later on.
So if you are for example running a Entertainment Industry Corporation, you should exchange cards with people from any other industry, just not entertainment. This is of course just a suggestion, however later on when you have plenty of business cards keeping track of them and of the interactions can be a little tedious.
To check what kind of an Industry is your future partner in, click on the name of the Corporation they have in their character profile, and you will find the information there.


2) Once you have sent a request for the exchange, you have to wait until the other person accepts it. It's the same if someone sends a request to you - you have to accept or deny it.
Let's assume your future partner has accepted your request.


3) Now that you have made a new friend, it would be wise to interact with them to get your friendship meter up!

What's that you ask? Well. Click on the "Character" tab on top left of your game navigation bar and click "Biz Cards" on the right menu. Once there, the list of all the people you have befriended will show up. See the little "Friendship" green bars on the right of their names? That's how friendly you are with each other.

To establish a mutual Business Cooperation, you must get the Friendship value between you past 90.
To do so, you need to perform interactions. Click on the "Interact" button on the right to go to the appropriate menu.

You may now select an interaction, however there are a few things to note here as well.

a) You may interact with a single person THREE times per day. They can do the same to you as well.

b) From my experience, interactions have the best friendship point benefits between 17.00 and 20.00 In-game-time.

c) ALWAYS choose the GREEN interactions LOWEST on the list FIRST! The further down the list of available interactions, the more friendship points you can get!

d) DO NOT choose the orange interactions! They DECREASE the friendship between since they are negative!

e) For the love of all that's holy, if your friendship is at 100 already, DO NOT interact anymore. The interaction spam in the notifications is annoying as hell. As far as I know, friendship does not deteriorate over time, so no need to interact unless it drops.


4) It will take a while to get friendship between you and your prospective partner to 90, however once you do, next to the "Interact" button on your Biz Cards screen a new button will light up, labeled "Cooperate".
Well, obviously, we want to click it.
We also want to fulfill the conditions stated in the application.
Friendship must be higher than 90, you have to be in different industries, and both sides must have less than X amount of Partners. X is (probably) dependant on the size of your company, for example for a Medium-sized Corporation, the max amount of Partners is 14.

Once you have fulfilled the conditions above, click "Apply". Just as before, your friend must accept your request once they get the notification, same if someone sends such a request to you - you have the option to accept or deny it. You will get a notification with the response your friend gave to your request of course.

Congratulations! If all was accepted and finished, you have now made a Business Partner!


5) Having business partners has different benefits depending on the Industry you are and the Industry your Partner is. To save you the trouble of figuring it out, I have prepared this handy list of all the benefits you can have, based on those criteria:

Sales Industry: Raw material supply rate increases by 1%
Production rate increases by 1%


Catering Industry: Production rate increases by 2%


Service Industry: Revenue increases by 1%
Production rate increases by 1%


I am from the Catering Industry

And my business partner is from:


Sales Industry: Raw material supply rate increases by 2%


Entertainment Ind.: Production rate increases by 2%


Service Industry: Raw material supply rate increases by 1%
Revenue increases by 1%


I am from the Service Industry

And my business partner is from:


Sales Industry: Revenue increases by 2%


Entertainment Ind.: Revenue increases by 1%
Production rate increases by 1%


Catering Industry: Raw material supply rate increases by 1%
Revenue increases by 1%


I am from the Sales Industry

And my business partner is from:

This concludes my handy little guide! Remember that the list of partners you may have is limited but (probably) grows as your company gets bigger, so suck up those extra benefits as much as you can!
