What is Sub City?

Sub City

* A city with Annexe or a city without mansion. you can build sub city or new city when you have 3 pioneers,
* your commercial value and Annexe or Mansion reach a certain points or level .
* A sub city only can upgrade resource field up to lv 10 .
* Can occupied up to 2 Oasis .
