Why recruit??

Lobbyist is used to decrease the city loyalty points to 0, then the city is yours as your new city. Moreover, the level of resources and building will decrease by 2~5.The army and technology which belong to this city will disappear.

* Lobbyist in Wei: has a higher attack, can decrease the loyalty points by 20%~30% per successful attack;
* Lobbyist in Shu: spend less time to research and recruit, can decrease the loyalty points by 20%~25% per successful attack;
* Lobbyist in Wu: has a fastest speed(5),can decrease the loyalty points by 20%~25% per successful attack;


How to recruit??
You need Mansion or Annexe Level 10, Drill Ground Level 20 and Command Center Level 10 to research lobbyist. The Lobbyist calling is seem to Pioneer but difference exists. You can just choose one from poinner and lobbyist. For example, when Mansion is upgraded to level 10 and you recruit 1 poineer, then you can’t recruit lobbyist, till the Mansion is upgraded to level 15 or the 1 poinner is dead.

* In the main city ,when Mansion level up to 10, you can call the first Lobbyist, level 15 call 2nd, level 20 3rd.(at most 3 lobbyist in main city)
* In sub-city, when Annexe level up to 10 can call the first Lobbyist and 20 call the 2nd, no 3rd in each sub city.(at most 2 lobbyist in sub city)

For Wei,you need attack the target 4~6 times by lobbyist. For Shu and Wu, this may be 5~7 times.

Q: Why i can’t recruit lobbyist after research them in city which is captured by lobbyist???
A: You can enter “civil status” page in the Mansion or Annexe, then check “Sub-city established from the current city”. The derivative city which was established before you capture this city is still available.
How to use??

1. You must have enough Commercial Value to build a new city, otherwise you can’t occupy this city successfully.
2. The target city must be a sub city and have not a Annexe. If it has a Annexe, you must destroy the Annexe with demolisher.
3. You must destory all army in the target city, otherwise the lobbyist will die easily. And the attack will fail.
4. After occupy the city by using lobbyist, the lobbyist who decreases loyalty points to 0 will disappear.(just one lobbyist)
5. The model using Lobbyist is Destroy.

Q: Can lobbyist capture main city who doesn’t have annexe or mansion?
A: You can’t capture the main city(with Mansion),can just capture sub city(without Annexe). If you have only one city, the system will regard this city as your main city.
Q: Can i use lobbyist to decrease the loyalty in Oasis??
A: To occupy an oasis don’t need using Lobbyist.
Q: If my 5th lobbyist captures the target city, what will happen on my 6th lobbyist??
A: The 6th lobbyist will die. So you need calculate this very accurately.
How to choose a target??
The lobbyist needs a large number resources to research and recruit. Which city does deserve you attack?? Generally speaking, a city which has about 500 residents is worthy. This city maybe has all level 10 resources and the farmoland maybe higher. The value is about 65,0000 resources in all. Sometimes you should think your army loss and the city address into consideration. A 400+ residents’ city also can be fine.
