Moving a city in larger whole League Base Region.(different from using State Token to move yourself)
Some factors should be noticed before moving a city in the larger whole League Base Region
(1) The city to be moved should be in the larger whole League Base Region.
(2) The operator must be the league leader or vice.
(3) No League Flag level 10 in city to be moved.
(4) No attacking, under attack, supporting, supported, or transportation with the city.
(5) New empty location should be in the larger whole League Base Region, and same resource land as former.
(6) Shortest time between two moving of the same city is 15 days, and 24 hours of different cities’ operation in the same league. New coming league member only can be moved a week later.
(7) Former oasis will lost after moving so product effected, but no change inside the city.
How to relocate ?
* step 1:ensure the relocating city and the target in league region
* step 2:choose one empty area which has the same structural layout of resource fields as the original city and remember the coordinates(the relocating city and target)
* step 3:input the coordinates in city relocated.
