Restaurant City Hack [100% Work]

Very nice tutorial. I always wonder something though...how or where do you get that initial hex value from? I see tuts like this all the time and I kinda know how it works but I always wonder where they find that initial hex value.

add only 5000 XP each time, so you can control your level easily. So the cheat is nearly "invisible". Cool

Just for information : I used Opera and not Chrome. Seems it doesn't work in IE8.
