WoW Emblem Exploit - 72,000+ Emblems of Heroism, 30k conquest

Looks like a guild from the taiwan servers have discovered an interesting bug.

Does anyone know how this exploit works? Seems like more than a few people from that guild are doing this trick, but they're not sharing it with anybody. They're also trying to wash out their money on the AH:
