6.Soul Master

Soul Master, an action MMORTS focusing on the PvP and non-targeting battle system, just debuted firstly in Korea and then plans to be exported to North America very soon. Its non-targeting battle system and anime-themed RTS gameplay will surely trigger many players’ interest. It’s also regarded as a DOTA kinda like game.

7.Battlefield Online

Battlefield Online is a real time battlefield MMOFPS co-developed by Neowiz Games and EA(Electronic Arts). It boasts streamlined weaponry, outfit and elite units. What is attractive and interactive is that over 64 players can join the ranks of a battle and control different types of vehicles like helicopter, tank and panzer.

8.Xsyon

Xsyon Earth 2012 is a unique apocalyptic fantasy massively multiplayer role playing game (MMORPG) and virtual world. This virtual world is constantly changing, influenced by player’s actions and the environment’s reactions.

The game features a dynamic environment. Players build towns, shape the landscape, determine the economy, create quests, cultivate civilization and affect the balance of nature.

Set in the near future, Xsyon is an Apocalyptic fable. The world draws its inspiration from history, mythology and prophecies of the Apocalypse. The ancient and the modern collide. The earth is consumed by primitive culture, superstition and sorcery with only small remnants of technology waiting to be rediscovered.

The world will be released in a series of installments. Each release will further expand the online world to locations across the planet. The myths, beliefs and culture of these locations, both past and present will augment the Xsyon experience, as new skills, crafts, artifacts, creatures and landscapes are introduced.

The Prelude is a limited first release of the Xsyon virtual world. An isolated basin in surrounded by mountains in a future American wilderness serves as the launching point for the ever expanding world. This setting provides a pristine environment for players to settle and develop a new online community and determine the future of Xsyon.

10.Project E:st

Project E:st is a fantasy MMORPG with an Asian theme, and Project E:st is powered by CryENGINE 2 technology, which is scheduled to hit closed-beta in Korea soon and will be released globally later in the year. It is the first project of the newly established game company in South Korea – Polygon Games.
