The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - When you are in your inventory. Left-click and hold it while pressing shift. Alternatively, you can left-click and hold, and you will be forced out of the inventory screen with the item you want to toss in your hand.

Left Click: Use/Attack
Rick Click: Block
Mouse Wheel: Click to switch between first-person and third-person views. Hold to enter Vanity Mode. Scroll to zoom your view in and out of third-person.
