Most question is why dont we add all our points into finesse as a range scout? If it with 3x Timely Strike and Piercing blows that this would give you plenty of luck and finesse makes you deal more damage while ignoring armor. And we can put any more into luck at all. There have huge allods ol gold in our siock now.
You will found full luck to be very powerful in Allods. And it with heartbreaking arrow. But one-shotting everthing that Piercing blow at level 3 increases your chance to crit by 100% of your current crit chance. Meaning 100% of 0 is 0. 0 + 0 = 0.
Because piercing blows doesn't give you 100% crit, it doubles your current chance to crit. Just like how heartbreaker doubles it, but doesn't give you a flat increase. As to finesse, it's because finesse suffers from diminishing returns in Allods.
But Luck is great to invest in as you level(allods powerleveling) just because you can't configure your gear to meet your every need as you go, though at 40, you can, and this is when a scout should be focusing it all into str while keeping the rest of the stats at certain amounts. Strength does not suffer diminishing returns. It is a static increase.
