There is a 100% success rate of refining equipment from 0 to +1, +1 to +2, +2 to +3.
There is a 75% success rate of refining equipment from +3 to +4, +4 to +5, +5 to +6. If the refining fails, the equipment’s refining level will be reduced by 1, for example, upgrading refining level +3 to +4 fails, the equipment’s refining level will revert to +2.
There is a 50% success rate of refining equipment from +6 to +7, +7 to +8. If the refining fails, the equipment’s refining level will revert to 0.
There is a 25% success rate of refining equipment from +8 to +9 with the use of Lucky Gems. If the refining fails, the equipment’s refining level will revert to 0.
